Title: Surrogate lovers.

A great press pack came with this CD with lots of info. I didn’t know what to expect and got a great album full of really good pop songs. They are well crafted, played and sung. It always amazes me at the amount of talent there is about and the difference between that and the awful stuff we hear on main stream radio in England. Most of the tracks are different and starts off with "You’re my girl" which has upbeat jangly guitars, not unlike the Byrds. Track 2 carries on at the same tempo. Track 3 "Simple ways" is a very good slower love song. All of the songs are different and there are a myriad of different styles. Even a Country and Western influenced "Sixty seconds"

There are darker tracks such as the excellent "Respect." Harder tinge rock songs as "It’s on me" Sixties influenced "Pass the silence."

This a really good album and there is even a hidden track at the end of the CD, an acoustic version of track 1 "You’re my Girl"

Stand out tracks for me are "You’re my girl" "Respect" and "It’s on me"

I highly recommend this album and will definitely listen to it again, if you like good pop songs with a little bit more class and catchier than your normal one, then you will too.
